250w phoenix replication ?

So Im wondering what combo of LEDs or maybe using a fixture on the market that I could use to replicate 250w MH phoenix 14k bulbs ? I like the on/off set it and forget it of MH but dont like the heat and obviously the power consumption.

If I could replicate the the color and intensity of the phoenix 14k 250w bulbs that would be great. 30" deep tank I would have to get down to the bottom of.

As a 20 year MH user, with the Phoenix 14K as my favored bulb towards the end of that run, the only LED that comes close is the Kessil 360. Put a bigger reflector on the latter and it'd be even closer.
