250W SE XM Bulbs FS

Decided to upgrade the lighting on the 225 so the current bulbs must go. Ballast is spoken for.

2 250w 10K XM bulbs with about 1 week of burn in time on them.
2 250w 15K XM bulbs with about 2 months of burn in time on them.

The 10K's are available right now for $35 each and the 15K's will be available for $30 each as soon as the 1000 watters get here... (ETA 2-3 weeks)

Yeah I hope so! LOL! Next thing to tackle is the dang Ca reactor. Hopefully Russ we be available to help me out tomorrow to build a new one like his. I'm done screwing around...

I actually feel underlit now that you are doing 2000w on a tank almost a third the size of mine. You'll have nearly 3x the watts per gallon.
I predict some insane coloration.
Better crank up the water flow while you are at it.

Calcium will be important, as will everything I imagine. The tank will be running on the edge but should be pretty impressive.

Out of moolah right now, but plan to add a pair of Tunze's down the road. Figure we don't need the extra current until things start to really grow out. How high are your reflectors right now? Currently mine are about 3 inches off the water, so I'll be raising them up a lot, just curious where you where at?
