29 G Marineland Tank - Is it tempered Glass

Hello - i'm tring to figure out if my Marineland Tank its a 29G tank - is the glass tempered glass or not? (and is this a marineland tanks as well - i think it is.. as i bought a package deal tank/filer and top light) and the rest is marineland..)

As i'm would like to drill the tank..

I have seen a sticker on the uper lip of the tank that says

Build by M A 2006
and has a ANCORE by it.

Only the bottom pane is tempered... as long as you plan on drilling your holes on the side pane(s), you'll be fine.

Ok just talked to marineland - first they TOLD me it was all tempered..

But i found this http://www.marineland.com/sites/Marineland/Documents/Standard Aquarium Specs.pdf

and said i saw a pdf saying it wasn't.

They she said oh you are right..

I hope she was right..
