If your facing the tank the rear chamber to the right is chamber 1. There should be a tab on the dividing wall between chamber 1 and 2. You can cut that tab for added flow. Go to Intank.com for chamber fuge and media baskets. Youtube has tons of videos on how to mod the BC. Good luck!
PS If you have the $ and want to do this right you'll find these tanks are far from all-in-one. I have an Aquaticlife 115 skimmer in chamber 1, Intank media and fuge baskets in chamber 2, JBJ nano led on the back for the chaeto (had to scrape some of the paint off the back of the tank so more light could get in), a heater and Tunze 3155 ATO in chamber 3 (ato essential for a nano tank to maintain salinity as well as water level for the skimmer), an MP10 for flow and a Tru-Lumen 3 LED blue moonlight attached to the bottom of a DIY mesh screen top. Love the tank but definitely not all in one.

Thanks for the advice! Im gonna start working on it soon. Just how bad are the factory skimmers? Ive heard a lot of things. Better than nothing, nkt worth anything, does an ok job. Im not trying to pack this thing with corals but i do know that skimmers help.

Some guys love uv's, some don't. Not sure if 5 watts would even be effective. I dont think you'd need it with good water upkeep/changes.
Get the Media Basket it saves a lot of money on filters.... Also I use the Tunze ATO, worth every penny

dont get the biocube skimmer it sucks i just started running the aquaticlife skimmer to replace the backpac anx im happy with it so far and the uv will work fine but if i remember the bulbs are around 30 bucks ill ne adding one soon

i think petsmart has submariner uv 9 watt for $39
It fits in a 29 biocube?
I have my Tunze ATO sitting underneath my biocube 29. I didn't go with the intank setup, I have my heater, carbon reactor pump and UV sterilizer in in chamber 1. CPR SR3 Skimmer in 2 chamber. My ATO in chamber 3. I am thinking about removing the skimmer and putting in a Aglae Turg Scrubber in chamber 2.

it looked like it would fit when i took it out of the box at the store i guess one day ill buy it and see if not ill take it back
Can u post a pic of ur chambers? So i can see how full everything is?
