1 for $75 the one that work for sure. both for $100 one ballast is might be bad or it might be the light bulb the bulbs are old. the one on the right take about 5-10 min to light not sure if its the ballast or the bulb? i dont have new bulbs to try to see.

Lol um... put the good bulb on the other ballast and see if it's the bulb or ballast... seriously
