it includes 2 14k bulbs that are still good. used for about 6 months at 6 hours a day. does not include reflectors though. i do have mogule sockets which are brand new and one mount. i have a diy that you can use for mounting.
these are magnetic ballast but are completely silent. i had a hamilton that you could hear a hum these are almost silent
