Was going to set up a larger tank a long time back, still have an extra ballast/sockets/bulbs. Not sure on the brand of the ballast, but it's got a nice aluminum heatsink housing and was used for several months prior to my buying it. Would be great for a DIYer as an upgrade. I have the same bulbs lighting my tank currently, very nice color in my opinion and buyer can decide for themselves when they get here if it's the color they want.
