3 clowns - 2 givers 1 taker

Well I have had 3 clowns for awhile now, picked up 2 Perc's at the same time roughly 8 months ago - doing great. Then a month after that I picked up a rare clown that was much smaller black white and orange. Anyway, the 2 bigger buddies seem to always pick on him and im getting tired of it for months now lol... Any ideas of what I could possibly do? Maybe an anemone for the 2 bigger clowns?

Not surprised. The only 2 options are to get rid of the pair, or get rid of the single --- it is only going to get worse.

Clownfish don't really have "buddies". They have mates, with whom they establish a territory that they then defend from all other clownfish. Your problem is that your perculas have started to form a pair, and they regard the third clownfish as an intruder into their territory--and treat him accordingly.

What your perculas are actually trying to do is drive the third clown off their turf, but since they're all in an enclosed space, there's no place for the "intruder" to go. As Toddrtrex pointed out, you need to remove the clownfish that's getting picked on ASAP, or he could end up getting killed. An anemone would only make the situation worse, because the perculas would become even more territorial.
