3 fish dead in 3 days help!

Actually brooklynella can start as white specks but then will turn into decay. Formalin is the best treatment for Brook. You need a QT

I have 30 gallon long qt that's up and running I'll put the clowns in there. Should I qt and formalin dip all other fish? 1 red fire fish, 1 chromis, 1 red velvet fairy wrasse, 1 melanarus wrasse, 2 bangaii cardinals, and 1 blue throat trigger. What's sad is all fish went through a 30 day qt period for observation. Now I'm scarred this has happened to me should I prophylacticly treat all new additions from now on? How long do I need to leave my display fallow to prevent re infection? I hope my 300$ clowns don't die :(

I just went home and everyone ate the mysis, both the clowns look a little better now that the morning blue lighting is gone.... White speckled and kind of powdery in their fins and top of their head above the eyes

Trying to get better pictures, all I have is my iPhone 6, but you can sort of see the white specs and Powdery looking above the head and fins. Sorry for the algae, was over feeding quite a bit trying to save the tang

Sorry for posting so much I'm just worried and really back and fourth on my belief in ich or brook. This is not my clownfish but this is the closest reference I could find on what mine looks like

As he said read the sticky and treat them fast. All fish need to go in the 30 gallon. A 30 day observation is not enough, because many fish stores run low level copper in their system. This hides symptoms for a couple weeks. Most of reef central believe you should always proactively treat. I would guess ich probably made it in your tank as well. So leave your tank empty for 3 months. While that's happening treat for Brook. Then wait a week, treat with cupramime(get a copper test kit), and then finally 2 rounds of prazi pro(1week apart). Make sure the QT is cycled(no ammonia/nitrite) go get some bacteria in a bottle and pour that over a sponge filter. Add an air stone and a power head. An ammonia alert badge with really make your life easy. All new fish should go into the 30 gallon and get treated with copper(or tank transfer method or chloroquine phosphate) and then prazi. And then wait a week or two for observation. I would also make some salwater ready in case you need to do a water change.

I see brook, but it is possible you have ich as well. So I second (or third) the advice above.

Thanks everyone for your patience, this was my first fish disaster. Is it reasonable to treat all 9 fish in a 30 g qt? I'm thinking after work today running to Home Depot and getting a Rubbermaid tub for a second qt
