30 Cube - Powerhead question

Are two 240gph Hydor Koralia Powerheads too much flow for a 30 gallon cube?
The only other source of water movement is a CPR Aquatics AquaFuge. I have the pumps placed in the back right and left corners pointing towards the front. I was "quarantining" my friends baby sargassum trigger about a month ago and it acted like it was too much flow... but from everything I have read it doesn't sound like its more than it needs.

I currently have zoanthids and a mini carpet anemone which don't seem to mind it, but it seems like too much flow for fish.

Any help would be appreciated. Maybe I need to redirect them?

Nope I bet it just needs to get comfortable with the way the water is moving. It must be a little baby to fit in a 30 cube, they get big. You can also try moving one power head down in the water column and pointing it up across the tank toward the surface and the other in the top opposing corner pointing more toward the lower end of the tank. This is make a turbulent center but should allow for a lot of genital random flow patterns. I don’t see it being a problem for this type of trigger to deal with.

It was about 2 inches while in my care. It just always seemed like it was getting pushed around.

I will try and adjust them. Thanks for the help!
