30g cube lighting

I am making a custom box to house my lighting on my 20.5x18.5'' cube. I want to put a 250w MH with some actinic supplement. Open to suggestions. Here are 2 I have been looking at.

IceCap 250/400 Double-Ended HQI Metal Halide Pendant w/ IceCap ballast

Giesemann Nova II 1 x 250W HQI Light Fixture

Does anyone use the Giesemann or heard any recommendations on this model, it seems like it would fit great in the canopy. Any help with the actinic add on would be appreciated since I feel that I am at a dead end on what to do about it. I'm not sure I could DIY without a tutorial. Thanks for any help. MIKE
