30g Tank Lighting

I was going to use this setup for my lighting. I am under the impression that I still need a fixture for this. So where and what should I get? Thank you for any help in advance!

Do you already have that setup and are just looking for something to install it in? I'd probably build a wooden canopy and place reflectors on the top and mount the tubes to the top, and make sure you have a glass cover on your tank if you don't have the waterproof endcaps.

I'm looking into lighting myself for a 30 gallon Long tank. I'm planning on going with a 4 light T5HO setup. I've been told on here that the T5's will outperform the much higher wattage "old school" VHOs. You can also fit quite a few more T5's over a tank than VHOs due to the size of each.
