3155 ATO error lights

My controller stopped functioning. If I power cycle it it appears to start-up correctly, then when the pump should be turning on all the lights go off. 10 seconds or so later the "Too Low" and "Too High" lights flash red and it beeps continuously. I tested the float valve and hear the relay clicking, and tested the pump with a 9v and it works fine. Im not sure how I could test the optic sensor.Anything else to try, otherwise how can I send in for warranty? Unit was bought new in 7-1-13

This is likely either water damage or a bad processor (program erased), I would just send it in. I would just need the controller and attached sensors and a note with return address and phone number

Don't mean to hop on but my unit does the same exact thing. I unplug it Almost every other day. I love this ATO it was the best purchase I ever made to stabilize my tank since I evaporate about 5 gallons a day. My unit unfortunately is about 2-3 years old. Is there any remedy for me or am I stuck unplugging every other day. Please help. Thanks

If I can't repair it, I would discount a new one. Please send it in. Include a note with your return address and phone number.
