About how long is the power cable on the pump included with the 3155 Osmolator?

There is 1m of cable (a tad over 3ft) from the controller to the pump connector, the pump has an additional 1m of cable, so there is about 6.5ft.

how far apart can you place the sensor and the pump? I can place my controller close to my reservoir, but the sensor in the sump is about 8 feet away from the reservoir.

Their is a bit over 6ft of wire from the sensors to the controller. Their is about 8ft of wire from the controller to the pump.
