330 gallon build

I just built a 43" wide by 72 "' long 24" high 1/2 " glass. I used scs1200 sealicone. Iam going with 4 inch wide doubled along the front and back and 6 " wide doubled along the sides for euro brace with 2 cross braces doubled. My question is for uncle . I did the main build with direct injection [I know you don't like that ] but in each corner going up the seams I put 1/2" glass strips 3 inch wide with the regular method. So the seams are attached both way. The corners are going to get wood trim on the outside to hide the 3" strip's and on the back of the tank where the strips would show I am covering them with acrylic. How strong do you think the joint's will be .

I don't know, being a large build, makes it even more unknown. The tank I put together using "injection" failed during initial water testing, and injured people; one of them was me. Why? Air in the seams. There is a reason professionals build tanks they way they do. Only accident in over 20 years. Good luck with it. :)
