340 gallon tank best way to cycle?

Hello,

Im starting up a 340 gallon reef tank. I poured a bag of live sand in here and two live rocks from my 55 gallon.

Is that good enough to kick start the cycle process? Tank is filling with ro di water as i type this. Cant wait to start moving my fish etc over.
