I will be upgrading from a 90gal to a 340gal tank.
The tank will be 72x36x30 and will be in wall with 3 viewable sides that will be starphire with and external overflo. The front and back and one side will be viewable. The left side will have an external overflow. The tank will be drilled with three holes on the euro bracing which will have a Wavy sea on each hole. It will also have three holes on the left pane for two 1" returns and one 2" hole for closed loop which will feed all three wavy sea's on a reef dart pump. The overflo will have two 1 1/2" drains which will drain as of now down to the basement where i have a 180gal sump which I'm debating Werther to bring the sump up and place under the tank. The tank will be on a 42" high wall unit in family room, the back side of the tank will be cut into my kitchen and will have a picture frame around it.

Circulation

Return either a Dart or Hammerhead feeding 2 1" returns. If i use the Hammerhead i will be teeing it off to feed the refuge,Carbon and phos reactors, frag tank, and chiller,
1 Dart on a Closed loop for 3 wavy seas
and two Vortech Pumps.

Lighting
3x Coral view 400watt SE ballast with 3 Lumenars3 and 3 Reeflux 10k 400watt bulbs
2 Icecap 660 ballast with 4x72" URI Super Actinic Bulbs
3x PFO Mogul mount 1 Watt moon lights

Filtration

About 400lbs of live rock,
A 6" to 7" sand bed
Either a Deltec ap902 or ap703 Protein Skimmer
2 Carbon Reactors and 2 Phos reactors

Other Equipment

Deltec Calcium Reactor 601s
Deltec Kalk reactor KM500s
Hopefully Reefkeeper Elite
Litermeter3
Aqua deluxe Ozonizer
4x 250w Ebojager Heaters.
I'm looking to get a 3/4 hp chiller.

This all for now. any info will be Appreciated

i will post Tank design later

Looks like it will be an awesome setup, love the dimensions. I just ordered a 238g that is also 3 ft. wide (60x36x26). A couple ideas I might throw out there - have you thought about T5s? A 10x80w or 12x80w fixture would be awesome for this setup and eliminate the need for a chiller. Who did you go with as your tank maker? If you are having Aquarium Obsessed do it, they give you seem sweet deals (well below prices on their website) if you buy a Sfiligoi fixture with the tank. Also, have you thought about just doing 4 vortechs instead of the closed loop. With the wavy seas on the returns already you'll have plenty or random directioned flow, and two more vortechs would provide more total flow than the dart, be cheaper, use less energy and introduce less heat.

Better not forget house ventilation because you will need it for a tank that large.

Just bought a Deltec AP1003 and Deltec pf1001 for this Bad Boy....
Can wait to get the show started

Nice, I like your list of equipment. The PF1001 is sweet. I'm thinking about getting that one for my new tank.

wow....I will buy Deltec stock soon lool like everybody go Deltec.

Nice equipment Mr Djay now spin some Disco for us to enjoy...:-)

I am a True MH fan. I just love the colors they give so a t5 setup for would not work. The Tank is being built by Miracle Aquarium. I will have to put the sump remote so will be going with A hammerhead in bsmt fo return, the close loop dart will be feeding the Wavy Sea's. I would go with four vortech pumps but i do not want to put a pump on any of the viewable panes. As for your tank, looks like some awesome dimensions to me. Thank you for your suggestions, lets keep them coming.

Update

Decide to go with a Deltec Ap1003 instead and a Deltec pf1001 istead of a AP703 and PF601s.
So i just pick those up

i'm still looking for a used one of these, Deltec Kalk reactor KM500s
