360 gallon planning...

I am planning a large FOWLR tank that would be 96x36x24. there may be some Soft Corals in the tank, but the focus would be the fish.

Would a single wave box and 2 6100's be enough flow in a tank like that?

Yes, that would be plenty of flow for that tank. You could probably even get 2 6080 if controlling the pumps was not something you really were intent on.
