37g corner tank/stand/hood for sale-$150

I was told when I bought it used it is was a 37g, but after emptying the water, and counting buckets, it seems closer to a 30 or 32g, I just don't know exactly??? It's a bizaar diamond shaped corner tank with the top attached with only the center panels coming off. There is a "nanocube" type interior overflow box in the rear corner. Lighting is two 18" NO bulbs.

Is the tank drilled at the overflow for plumbing into the stand?
