37g with oak stand and canopy w/ 20g sump/refugium

I have a 37g all glass undrilled tank. It is sitting on a solid oak stand with a oak canopy. It also has a 20g refugium under the cabinet. Included is a hydrometer, magnet cleaner, and a small pump to create circulation in the sump. Im located in Ravenna(44266). $75 takes it.

What are the dimensions on the tank?

dimensions are 30x12x23.

The canopy opens all the way from side to side and front to back. Sorry no pic....
