4 Bulb T-5

I've got a 36" 4 Bulb T5-HO Fixture and some extra bulbs I am looking to get rid of if anyone is interested.

It needs to be cleaned and I'm positive that its not grounded properly (I bought this off of someone), it works excellent. For some reason though, it just all the sudden started shutting off two of the bulbs randomly, I'm guessing they are on the same circuit. They'll work for a few minutes and then they will shut off. But the other two bulbs work perfectly all the time.
