I just received my doser in this past week and started to hook it up today. I had a hard time just trying to get the time set and I still can't set the date. I feel like the biggest looser on the face of the earth right about now. When I go to set the date the year will set and the month will set but when I key in the day the cursor moves and changes the month. I have tried it several times and the same thing happens. I'm starting to think this wasn't a good idea to dump this much money and I can't even set the date. How dependable is this unit going to be and should I trust it to add chemicals to a 120 gallon frag tank full of my corals.

Thank you very much for such a quick response even on a Saturday night. I just sent the email and will wait for a reply. I trying to automate my tanks as much as possible before my trip to MACNA. Sorry about the double post.
Here it is not 24 hrs since I posted my problem and everything has been taken care of. Its less than 24hrs and on the weekend that this was taken care of. Michael sent a few emails and within an hour everything was working the way it was meant to.

I have the same issue with my 4 channel doser, what was the fix??? I can set the time, but the month always scrolls past when I set the day

The product is set to international standard time and date not USA standard
