4 sided overflow

Anyone know where to get a 4 sided overflow

I had a 4 sided overflow once, but that is because the siphon broke and the return pump emptied the sump into the tank....

The tank I am buying has a PVC overflow at one end and a PVC return at the other end both in the center about a foot from the side of the tank so I will need a 4 sided overflow to replace the small ugly PVC

Probably will have to have one custom made out of acrylic.Talk to any acrylic guys in your area.
