I run an MP40 on mine with a Koralia 1400 and about 100gph on the return line. It depends on what you are looking to keep whether the MP10 is enough.
What percentage do you run the MP40 at?

About 3/4 or so.
Full tank shots are tough. I only have a pair of LED spots on it, so it makes getting a good exposure and good color difficult.

I run my MP-10 at about 50-60% in my 40B. I keep mainly LPS and my euphyllia get too much flow if I go anymore. Because of that, I need to run a Tunze 6025 on the other end and bounce it off the back glass. I think a MP-10 is enough by itself in certain applications and depending how your aquascape is laid out.
