I have 3 mixed reef tanks. The power went out for 46 hours straight, and it was well below freezing outside. (Feb 21-23, 2011, Kalamazoo, MI) If I did not have the generator, I would have lost thousands of dollars worth of living creatures!

Pardon my ignorance but when you fire up the generator, you can simply plug your heater and pumps to the outlets from the generator? Thanks!
