400 watt ballast/reflectors/bulbs f.s

i have a dual 400 watt ballast for sale with reflectors and 2 month old hamilton bulbs for $275.00

Yea that's definitely a more than reasonable offer.... I'm surprised it's still there. I think I paid $150 for each set of 250w ballast, bulb, and reflector, and i bought 2 sets to light my 120.
