400 watt PFO ballast

Just upgraded my ballasts so I have a 400 watt dual ballast from PFO with all the plug ends. This a magnetic ballast.

From doing more reading the ballast is for a mogul socket and I want to upgrade to DE HQI so I won't have to replace everything as that is what I have today. It's a good ballast but won't meet my needs at this time.
