I have watched a new fungia, lobo, and tracho experience gradual tissue reccession recently. All params are where they need to be and all corals fine- even a red open brain for 3 years. Cant seem to get NEW- fleshy- LPS to go.
I am wondering if its too much light. They are all on the bottom of the tank but in direct light. Lights are 36" away from the bottom. I also scaled back photo period from 9 hrs to 6. Afraid to do more because of other inhabitants.
LFS, where they came from, lighting is PC of course. Thoughts?
