I have a sunlight supply 400w ballast for sale. This may sound weird, but it ran a 250w bulb fine for over a year. Im guessing it is magnetic, since it looks like its been used a while.
Also includes a mogul socket with chord that hooks to the ballast. Also have a used bulb I could throw in, not sure what it will be tho. The only thing is you will need a reflector, as there wasn't one with it.
