Like the title says I think the tank is going to be softie and lps. Purchased a lifereef hob and the guy suggested I get a mag 9.5. So I was thinking that or sicce because I know they are super quite. So I guess the question is is that going to be to much flow? I am going to have a ball valve on the plumbing so I can regulate the flow. I have an extra mp-10 laying around so that will probably end up in the tank as well. Thanks is advance.

I prefer around 10x turnover rate. Sicce over mag all day long. Use a gate valve instead of a ball valve.

Never used the Sicce but would like to some day..

I used the quietone 3000 on my 75 and was great..

Go what will save you cash in wattage since you will be running this 24-7..
