450 Gallon Tank with 230 gallon sump for sale

I am moving and the reality has set in. I am selling my beloved setup. The tank is 96x36x30. It has two seperate drain boxes. It is also drilled for closed loop. Included in the sale is the 230 gallon sump ref. All sand from Ref and tank will be included. Its a TON of sand. All rock from the ref is also included. I had custom made pieces so the lighting sits on top like its floating. I also have two 4 foot 8x54w T5 setups that are included. The stand is included but will have to be taken apart, pretty easy will explain further for those interested. I am looking for 1,500.00 for everything. Thats a great deal. Considering the tank would cost more then that itself. The lighting cost 900.00 without shipping. Also the time and money that went in to make the sump is priceless.
