Sorry no new pics we redid my rock work for more coral placement it turned out good. Chelsey took a bunch of pics so maybe she can post some. As far as growth I need to get away from these 20k Xms. No real growth so to speak of I have been working on my water parameters so far so good I got my trates down from 40 to 7 so the polyp extention is much better then it was my kh is at 12 so it is high.

O ya Im almost ready to order my new skimmer I should know in a few days to a week if its going to happen but the g6 im running is doing a real good job. I will tell you how a H/S compairs to it.

Lonnie they are radio shack fans 4 inch and they all blow out.

Do they blow Dust on the ceiling? My does on my Nano but it also blows out the back and only 6" from the wall.

Your fans will corrode quickly if blowing out because they basicly suck saltwater spray. You're better to have them blow in and then having a vent or somewhere for the air to push out.

Think about using a larger fan like maybe a high cfm bathroom fan and mount it back in the room behind the tank so you don't hear it, or not too much anyway.

I can't be 100% positive but I'm 99% sure that there is NO dust on the ceiling. Fade's wife is a very tidy person and I do not think that dust on the ceiling would fly

Clark they are the Luma max reflectors and I had no room in my other canapy for any so the were strait bulbs.
Lonnie the fans are very quit but I need to rethink them my Chiller is running non stop.
I never thought of that Roy.

For the fan issue, I was watching this old house, and the bathroom fans were absolutley quiet. How? They had the vent in the bathroom but the actual fan was in the attic.

Could turn the small fans to blow air in, vent the hood out the back and through the wall, then put the fan on the other side so you wouldnt hear it?
