I am setting up a 46gal bow front with a sump with fuge im going to be using the quiet one 3000 for the return pump. the tank will probablay have some polyps and softies or just beginner corals. and i am looking to use the koralia pumps i was thinking of using two of them but i wasn't sure what size would be good for my tank, any suggestions? thanks for the help

A pair of Koralia 4's would do it. That's a lot of return, though- how far away will your sump be?

well according the head loss calculator its going to be about 550 in return, you think that is too much?

Possibly; that's about how much I've got going on my 90 and it's almost too much. There's one of those figures- something like five or six times tank size- to calculate needed return GPH, based in part on the notion that you want a somewhat slower flow to allow your skimmer pump to really work at catching it all efficiently and, if it's an issue, to keep the overflow from making a loud gurgling sound as it attempts to keep up with the pump.

just get a larger overflow box rated for 800 gph. if you do have that pump and have a fuge under it, that might be alittle to much flow for a fuge.

the oveflow im looking at is rated for 780, and yes its going to have a fuge on one side and a skimmer on the other and the return will be in the center so there wont be alot of flow going through the fuge a majority will be going to the skimer. also i dont have the pump yet but thats the one i thought i was going to be using any suggestions what kind of flow i should be having, thanks!
