48" 100w (3w) led light

I'm looking into an asian import LED 48" long with heatsinked hood. it is advertised as 100 watts (32 3w bulbs) with 14pc blue 450-455nm 18pc 12000-15000K

and said to give off 3650 to 3900 lumens.

If this is true is this enough light to keep SPS corals ?

BTW I got a 75g tank 48" long, and am just rebuilding it after a few years of abuse.

Not enough watts. Double/triple and u have a worthy light for 4 feet.
