T5 lighting may be the latest trend but you can see by my soft corals, LPS and even clams that 384 watts of PC made my tank bloom.

how old are the bulbs what k are they

The bulbs are almost 1 year old. If I was to leave the tank up I would replace them with whatever you prefer.
