Albert,

I've done plenty of business with you in the past, and things have always been satisfactory.

However, I recently helped a friend put together a large Nano aquarium and I told him to go with aquacave. Now I'm wondering if we should have gone with someone else.

The order didn't get shipped till 5 days after it was placed, and then the Nano tank showed up, and the stand didn't....even though your people had told us it was on the way. Now it looks like we won't get all the things we ordered for another 5 days, making it over 2 weeks to receive our order.....when we had originally been told it would only take 3-5 business days to ship. We would really apprciate it if you would make things right, and fix the delays.

I own and operate a local forum for people living in my area. I help a lot of people purchase supplies. Aquacave's always been a place I felt I could send people. But after this experience, and the others I am reading, I think we'll probably be done unless I see things improve.

Thank you for your feedback. I went over that order and it looks like it will be delivered within 8 business days from the time it was placed.

Order was placed on 2/14 at night. Tank was shipped out on 2/15, Friday. Stand shipped on 2/19, Tuesday and will be delivered on 02/25.

Thank you for the reply. We still have not received a tracking number for the stand, so if you could please get that to us, that would be great.

Tracking number was emailed out yesterday. Elana mentioned that Austin called today morning and she gave him the tracking information over the phone as well.
I will PM you all that info within next few minutes.

thank you for the tracking number. I think there was some miscommunication when Elana tried to give austin the tracking number over the phone this morning. But he's got it now.
