48x24x16 or 72x24x12 Reccommendations?!

I'm going to order my tank from GC in a few here. I'm setting up a shallow lagoon style tank w/ giganteas/clowns and other tide pool life. The tanks going to be starphire, w/ black silicone and rimless. I'm just torn between the two dimensions...

I actually picked up a blue one from Tampa this past weekend @ The Coral Corral... What a store... Imagine WWC on roids. And thats not to take anything away from WWC because that store is just incredible in its own.

That'd be the one. It's attached firmly to a rock in my current tank and not one i wanted, but thats the way it goes down. Clowns are all up in it. The first few months of having this monster is so nerve wracking on whether it'll survive or not. But again so far so good.

I almost bought it but dont have the proper set up for it size wise. Are you going to try different lighting combos on it to see if you can make the colors pop? Its hands down one of the nicest nems I have ever seen, congrats! You gotta post photos for everyone to see.
