4Sale Sohal Tang-Tampa

no way the only reason I move this tank is to never again be a part of this hobby. if it moves an inch I am done for good.

The killing that goes on in my cichlid tanks seems pretty man' ish! lol, I gotta count fish every morning and sometimes there are halfs in the count! haha

man its a royal rumble in my tank, have kenyi, peacocks and all other sorts..lol, all malawi or whatever

Yup, the Malawians get really aggressive. Especially a bunch of males in a tank. You would have to put three females to one male in a tank and they must be different species. Depending on how big your tank is too. But man, they are some mean little fish. I use to try and scoop out the meanest one but then the next fish in line turns dominant and mean, so thats not a choice.

no way man, I figure within time it will be a calm tank. It might take me a bit of cash to keep replacing fish but in the end I will have the best of the best and they will all leave each other the F alone! HAHA I put 5 barbs in there just to see how the cichlids would treat them.....o man, if those barbs weren't so fast it would get ugly. Eventually they learned they couldn't catch them and let em be.

If college wasn't so damn expensive I would without a doubt have a reef, but just can't fit it in the budget. I would hate to have this nice reef tank on the side of the road witha drop chord ran steeling electricity b/c I couldn't make rent!

Yea, thats a good spirit. I've been there...I've lost many fish to Big Red, he was a Reubescene Red Peacock..man, He was a straight assasin, he killed for fun. He killed Big Blue aka Da Blue Laguna...who was the most beautiful peacock ever, I couldnt find a peacock with his colors anywhere. But, I switched to saltwater and havent really had any aggressive fish. Why dont you just start out with a fish only saltwater tank??

I was thinking of doing that, but this tank is running pretty good and I've kinda gotten attached to the killa's! lol. After everything gets settled down financially(tuition, books, START RECIEVING MY GI BILL!!! DAMN ARMY!) I might get a Nano. I dont have room for another big tank. You live close to campus? I need to check out a real "reef" tank. I've only seen one's at fish stores(not any good ones)

Cool an army vet?? what was your MOS?? No, I live by the Hard Rock casino. Yeah, it takes about 2 and a half months for that GI Bill to kick in, I blame them damn civilians....LOL...Have u checked out cichlid-forum??

yea army vet, I was a 12C and spent to much time in the desert..lol. And yes, the civilians are taking their sweet sweet time on my claim, better be some back pay involved!:mad2:

I dont live to far from the casino myself, live right off 301 on bush.

Cool, I was a 19D, I got out in 02.. So Im taking advantage of the benefits myself now. What size tank you have?? Dont worry the wait is worth it when you get that big Lump-sum.
