4th of July Zoas!!!

Just wanted to share some zoas I collected on the 4th of July:D

the first ones will get more color on the lavender purple hue as it acclimates more to you tank. The yellow and red tinge might also become more pronounced as well.
 
I really love that last shot you posted. The new large zoa colony looks very healthy. I also like the redish zoas to the left. Are those Red People Eaters?
 
very nice!!!! hey coming over there in Dec. to visit my sis is there LFS over there to purchase some nice corals? hard to get anything decent local here in Arkansas.

Hawaii is very strict with coral laws, from what I understand the only corals you are allowed to collect are zoas. Any "stony corals" are illegal to harvest and import or export. Even live rock is illegal to collect or purchase. I wish we had the options that the Mainland has.
