5" squamosa not doing well-ideas?

I tried putting it on the bottom on the starboard and it kept falling over. It's been in the tank for 2 weeks and still hasn't opened fully. I moved it higher on a piece of LR and it looked worse for 3 days until I decided to move it back. I know moving it around isn't good either. I don't know what to do-it doesn't flinch when anything comes near. Parameters are great. SPS and all corals and fish are doing very well. Any ideas?

The lack of reaction deosn't sound too good to me. Does it appear to be gaping (shells widely opened, but mantle withering and withdrawing)?

It's dead. I don't know why...nothing picked at it and all other livestock is great. Bizarre
