500-1000 gph flow meter

I know it is not really needed but does anyone know of a reasonable priced flow meter that does 500-1000 gph? It would be mounted on a 1.5" return line. I am planing on using a stop watch and timing how quick the 50 gal sump drains into the display for a benchmark but thought flow meter would be good for identifying issues with pump aging or restricted flow.

Pretty much every flow meter I've ever seen is excessively expensive. On top of that, it will add resistance and lower your flow.

I think the best way to get a baseline flow determination is to pull one of your overflow lines out of the sump and see how long it takes to fill to a two-gallon mark on a bucket.

Measuring by how long it takes a sump to drain might give you a conservative estimate because the hydraulic head is going to decrease with the sump level.
