That doesn't sound good breaking the skimmer. This be my first online coral purchase, hopefully as good as my first online fish purchase the other day lol.

They all looked to be alive when I received them this morning. The long tentacle looked pretty sweet! I see one of the leathers I set on a rock is now laying on the bottom next to it (via the camera). Rubberband time I guess tonight when I get home.

Phospates were slowly climbing so I did a lanthanum chloride treatment on saturday over several hours into a 10 micron filter sock. Tested this morning and 0.00 reading. Oops a little too much removed and I only did 1/3 the dosage for my first time. So I would say it works and this $15 bottle probably lasts over a year.

Thanks, me too. I hope they behave with my shrimp. The marine beta is good with my shrimp and goes in the cave with them to hang out. Hope I have the same luck with these two.

Not sure about shrimp, but our Crosshatches have left small fish and snails alone

I may move the shrimp down in the basement just to be safe. At least I got about a month to figure that out.
