I went down to check on them and idol was pecking away at the bottom where its all green.

I find myself mostly loading up the front row of rock and not the back. I can't freakin' reach the back row to place anyting lol. Pretty soon Ill have to climb in just to place corals. I want some bigger stuff like some caps in the back anyways and the smaller stuff in front.

By how large this thing was out of the bag, I imagine it is quite the size when it opens up

Idol began eating live brine today. I then tried some rods food a couple hours later and ate that right up too! Achillies was starting to show interest but spit out the couple I seen him go after. The pyramid does not seem well and sits in a corner mostly and will not eat

I think it is my new favorite. Looks like the gf picked out a perfect spot for it to have opened up like that in so little time.

The butterfly is a goner. Any idea what this is? Fish arrived on Wednesday and never did eat and mostly sat in a corner. The hole developed just overnight. Hopefully the rest of the guys in that tank are going to be ok. Achillies and idol are in there too!

For some reason, I keep thinking of the movie "Alien".

But really, this looks like an attack by other fish. Something about him may have set the other fish off. He may have been too weak to defend himself.
