Yep, no Kalk. One less device to worry about.

I just drip in the make up water via a dosing pump controlled by a float valve.

Its really straightforward. I use the reef fanatic level control with the float valves - the dosing pump is a reef filler pump from champion that I have been using for almost 14 years, that plugs into the level control. I use a 75G tank for my RO water storage, and the reef filler draws from this tank, and feeds into the main tank.

Ok, thanks. As the demands are always changing on my tank over 8+ years, it is starting to look like I will be putting more of a demand on my Ca reactors and decreasing the volume/ day of kalk. The only constant is change...

Some of the goniopora I seem to be having good success with. I am looking for more color morphs of goni that are currently thriving in aquariums. If anyone is interested in trading thier goni's fo rmy sps let me know.

Yes, i am still using them, with the Icecap electronic ballasts.

I got the bulbs directly from the North America distributor in Canada.
