500w Outer Orbit HQI vs. 216Watt T5's in a 33 Gallon Long Setup- Which one???????????

While I'm at it and this seems to be actually working, here's a few pics of the 24g nano dx I have. Been up for about 1.5 years now. Running 150w 14k Hang on back MH. Has a rio 1400 (~400gph) instead of the stock pump and TONS of liverock (too much probably) !

That's going to be a wicked tank when it's all said and done. Sticking with the T5's is a good idea. The only thing I would look into if I were you is replacing the Catalina reflectors with Ice-Cap reflectors. They may not fit, but if they do, you will get noticeably more light directed into the tank.
