5017 osmalator problem

My level green led flashs on and off all the time just wondering if that is ok. No other leds come on and off as it does. The device works properly and has kept a perfect sump level for two weeks. Just wondering why it keeps going on and off randomly.

If the water level fluctuates (waves, turbulence) this can happen and be normal.
