5017 sensor

Roger,
My 5017 osmulator sensor doesn't seem to be working. Water level goes below sensor. I have soaked sensor in vinegar and cleaned twice but still not working. I can unplug then plug up unit and water runs but stops before close to sensor, at which point green light comes on.

I got 5017 from you about a year ago and has worked well til now.
I think I need to ship it to you for you to check it out.
Please send me shipping address and I will send it to you unless there is somethings else you need me to do to check unit.

Well I took my sensor and controller down to ship it for Roger to check it out and in a well lite area I noticed a small, translucient probably Ca buildup on bottom of sensor. I re-soaked sensor in vinegar and cleaned Ca speck off sensor.
Since then sensor been working well.
