Well after 3 full weekends of work I fnally finished the stand and canopy. I still need to stain it, but that won't take long I hope.
I had to use ribs made of 3/4" plywood for all the curves and cutting them all out and sanding them smooth took forever. I used 1/4" oak plywood for the skin. I didn't have a steamer at first, so I used an iron to steam the wood to bend it. My dad was helping me build it and decided to buy a steamer to make it easier.
Let me know what you guys think. I know some other people wanted to get corner tanks or already have them and had problems designing the canopy so I tought I would post this and some pics.
