55 gal. filtration ?

Looking to upgrade to a 55 from my current 30 gal. with TBS. Is adding more live rock and skimmer enough or do I need some sort of filtration such as canister, HOB or wet/dry? I have mainly soft corals and 3 small fish and would like to add a few more.
Thanks

I have a aqua c remora on my 30, that should be ok on the 55 also?
I don't really know what that skimmer is rated for. I just know that you don't need to have any HOB filters, that the LR and skimmer is really all you need for the filtration.

Yep...looks like it would handle it no problem.
Remora Features:
For tanks up to 75 gallons
Dimensions:
-Skimmer Height: 17.5"
-Minimum Tank Height: 12.75"
-Minimum Overhead Clearance for Proper Function: 5.5"
-Depth: 2.75"
-Width: 6"
Pump included (you can choose either the Rio 800 or Maxi-Jet 1200 pump)
For hang-on use only.
Along with the pump, standard equipment includes an adjustable collection cup, and a special baffle system which prevents any bubbles from entering the aquarium.

I've heard it recommended to have the Maxi 1200 as a minimum and I believe some have even upped it to a Mag 5

Thanks for the help, when I've been looking at the 55's everyone keeps talking about a built in overflow so I could put in a sump to make my life easier.

A sump would definitely make your life easier! :) You could put the skimmer right in the sump then.
