I agree that geekdafied's comments were a little brash, but individuals are individuals with their own personalities. I didn't see it as an angry attack, just stating what he felt in his own way. Opinions, you know... You've obviously got them, too. Sorry you can't find happiness in this life. We have done nothing but try to be nice to you, but you are apparently someone who has never and will never know happiness without hiding behind behind your computer screen screaming every time you feel slighted (or see any other opportunity, as this case seems to be the case)... We tried... Sometimes, you have to look inside to find what is really wrong with your life. Taking your issues out on others is fine if that's how you live your life, but if you can only feel good by trying to flame someone (at least you used capital letters this time, now we just need to work on elementary grammar and punctuation and you may get a silver star on your report card), you need the extra attention, huh? This forum is for people who want to help the reefing community. You have not done anything to help this or any other reefing community that we are associated with (as is evidenced by your previous posts. I shouldn't even let this work me up, but I'm too invested in this 'so called club' to let somebody whine every chance they get for absolutely no reason and ruin the good time we have on these boards.
Sorry for the rant, but I've put a lot into this club over the last three + years and am tired of this know nothing crying about things he have no clue about. outreefed (I'm guessing the name is a clue as to why you are so abrasive-insecurity does that
), find your rock and hibernate again. I won't be feeding your insecurity fire any more, so expect to be ignored by me (if no one else) anytime you post, unless you want to make an apology and give the club a try (like a big boy, but I feel that either take more time than you have spent on this earth already, or never happen), or actually add something of value to the forum. We've been more welcoming to you because we thought you really had a truely bad experience with us. Now it has become apparent that you don't know how to have a good experience with anyone, so I have to cut my loses and write you off... You don't know any of us, so don't even pretend to... Anyone who has been around the club for any amount of time and added input on things (useful, not cry baby input) knows how we treat people. I'm the type of person that continually gives people second, third, fourth chances, etc.. I know you obviously don't care, but your chances are all gone in my book, unless you decide to add something of value for the community (hasn't happened in your time here yet, so I don't expect this will happen). I know this was the rise you were hoping to get, so here you go. Relish in it because I'm done. Have a good life, if you can figure out how...
Now, to the topic, posting in the newspaper will typically get you more money than on the boards, as Casey mentioned, and they typically move pretty fast. Good luck with it
